BOMICEN works as a leading unit and a major advisory agency of Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense (VMND) and Engineering Command (EC) in the domain of Bomb, Mine, Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) clearance technologies and training of contingent of qualified expert and staff for UXO clearance operations. Engineering Command receives Engineering Delegation of Arabic Republic of Egypt Realizing the directions of Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense (VMND), from 4th to 8th December 2006 Engineering Command received and worked with Engineering Delegation of Arabic Republic of Egypt in BOMICEN Headquarter. The Egyptian Delegation included Senior Colonel Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Tagen and Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Gaber Ahmed Ibrahim. The Vietnamese Engineering Delegation was led by Senior Colonel Phan Duc Tuan, Vice Commander of Engineering Command.
